Elmar te Neues Confirmed as Vice President of IHK NRW

Elmar te Neues, President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Mittlerer Niederrhein, has been confirmed in his role as Vice President of IHK NRW, the umbrella organization of the Chambers of Industry and Commerce in North Rhine-Westphalia.
